Shipping Policy

UK Shipping Information

All items are stocked in the UK and ready for dispatch.

Delivery Options

  • Express Delivery: 2–3 working days

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

All UK orders are shipped via DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri and are fully trackable.

Please note:

  • DPD and Evri do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

  • Orders require 1 working day for processing before dispatch.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing period separate from the shipping timeframe. Processing begins once payment has been authorised and verified.

  • Standard processing time: 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During sale or promotional periods, processing times may increase to 2–3 working days.

  • Processing times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you refuse a shipment from MJCARAMEL.COM, you will be responsible for:

    • The original shipping charge

    • The cost of returning the package to us

These costs will be deducted from any credit or refund issued.

Delivery Claims

If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to complete a claim.

Please note:

  • Claims may take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the carrier.

  • MJ CARAMEL does not accept responsibility for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • We do not issue refunds or store credits for orders confirmed as delivered by the shipping provider.


    CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

    All orders are currently shipped from United Kingdom, and you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.

    USA – All orders above US$800 will be subject to an import tax. Please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.

    A standard delivery service is available for most of the countries we ship to. Please select your shipping country below to display times and costs.

    International deliveries will be shipped with a local courier.

    We cannot ship to PO Boxes in the U.S.
